On-The-Go with My Digital Studio

Somehow I found a few minutes to get some new digital downloads and make this quick page of my little guy. These pictures were taken a little over 5 years ago, when he was just 8 months old. He will be turning six in May! I remember these days very well. He was...and still is our very active guy.

I used the On-The-Go digital download from Stampin' Up!'s My Digital Studio. It was a premade page and I just dropped my pictures in and enlarged some of the of the images. I love how colorful this is.

A Beau Chateau Day!

This card was really crafting OUT of my box. It's different than my usual card but I kind a like it. I decided to punch out some butterflies and put some fancy rhinestones on them to make them stand out a bit. I wanted to give a look of them fluttering off of the page...flying free!

I used the Beau Chateau designer series paper, The First Edition Specialty designer Series Paper, along with Soft Suede Card Stock, and Pink Pirouette Card Stock. Of course if it's a card...it's got to have some ribbon, so I chose the Pink Pirouette 3/8" Taffeta Ribbon.

A Scrapbook for a Baby Girl!

Did the title grab your attention? Well, I'm not talking about a new little one for me but there is a new little one on her way. My new little niece will be making her debut soon. She is due around April 16th. It's been five years since there has been a baby on my side of the family. We are all so excited and we really can't wait to meet her.

So, I got busy, Stampin' Up! style, and created a little gift for the mommy and baby to be. Everybody knows new moms like to take a gazillion pictures so I made a place for the new mommy to put them. This album is a 6 X 6 linen album. It took me a day...okay really a night to put this together. I am extremey happy with the end result. I really should make more little albums like this one.
Hope she likes it and takes lots of pictures to fill it up!

I used the Nursery Nest (122347) designer series paper and the coordinating Nursery Nest Quick accents (122370). The inside pages to the album are below.

This is the first facing page of the album. I stamped "it's a girl" on this page and added some ribbons. I absolutely LOVE ribbon and I believe it adds an extra touch to any craft. Some people love glitter...for me, it's not done until I put some ribbon on it.

Here I used the Baby Prints (Wood 125470) (Clear 125472) stamp set. Most of the pages did not involve stamping...time constraints(smile) but on a few pages I did get out the ink and stamps.

Below are the sheets that come in the Nursery Nest designer series pack of paper and the quick accents.
