I cut out some flowers using the Blossom Party Originals Dies, layered a couple of them and added a pearl from the Pearl basics Jewels . Here's another card using Sale-A-Bration products. Again, I layered the Calypso Coral cardstock and used the Vine Street Textured Embossing Folder. I am enjoying this monochromatic look! I never realized how pretty Calypso Coral really is. This card was inspired by a card I saw on Shelli Gardner's blog. Her card was simple yet cute so I thought I'd give it a try. You can see her card HERE.

Today is the last day to Register for my Occasions Card Class. In this class you will make 12 cards, 4 designs, 3 of each. These cards will consist of Birthday, Thank you, Thinking of You, etc. cards. The cost of this class is $30.00. It includes envelopes, adhesive and a special product gift from me to use on your cards and the rest is yours to take home. This class is scheduled for Saturday, March 16th, 1-4 pm.

Vintage Verses Sale-A-Bration

A couple of weeks ago my sister and I got together to stamp a few cards. We love to get together but sometimes our busy lives get in the way, so I was extremely happy when the opportunity arose and we were able to make it happen. This is one that was made on that day. This was the first time I used the Manhattan Flower Folder. I think I was holding off because I wasn't sure of what to do with it. I used the Core'dinations Card Stock and did some sanding on this card. It is kind of hard to see it in this picture but the embossing edges actually do look distressed in person. You'll just have to take my word for it:-)

Anyone who really knows me, knows that brown is one of my favorite colors. I love how well it works with red. I added some satin brown ribbon ......because I just LOVE ribbon on just about everything. Very few of my cards are without ribbon. I guess it's my thing.

Bloomin' Marvelous Thank Yous

I made these cards along with a third as part of a set. This set of three cards made the perfect gift for a hostess. I tied it with some Linen Thread, put a thank you tag on it and it was all set and ready to do the job. I am so thankful to my hostesses for opening their homes and allowing me to come in and share Stampin' Up! with their family and friends.
